Each April, around Khmer New Year, the network gathers in Cambodia — the flagship meeting of the Cambodian professional diaspora. A few days of dealmaking, mentorship, and leadership, timed to the country's most important season.

How it works.

Who is OC for?
Cambodians — by heritage or family — building serious careers or ventures, at home or in the diaspora, who want a high-trust professional network. It isn't built for passive, collect-the-contact networking: members are expected to contribute as much as they gain.
How do you get in?
By application. Every application is reviewed, usually followed by a short conversation. We consider your background, what you're building, and how you'll contribute to the network — not a single checklist. A referral from an existing member moves faster.
What do members get?
Access, expertise, and a line to Cambodia. The member directory and city chapters, mentorship and peer groups, the annual Homecoming, and first look at roles, ventures, and deals in Cambodia. Request an introduction or advice from the network and you'll typically hear back the same day.
Is there a membership fee?
We share membership details with applicants as the process moves forward. A degree of commitment is part of what keeps the network trusted and active — and if cost is ever a barrier, we're happy to talk.
What if there's no chapter in my city yet?
OC is global first. The directory, mentorship, peer groups, and introductions all work from anywhere — and many members go on to start their city's chapter.
